Fool’s Braggot, a medieval beer that is one half mead and one half ale, was featured at Foolproof Brewing Company‘s Barrel Reserve Night, December 13. A crowd of over 100 attended the event. RI honey was used in the preparation of this amazingly delicious and rare brew. RIBA was on hand with literature, a model hive, samples of assorted local honey for tasting, and members to discuss beekeeping with the attendees.
