Personal information collected may be utilized for services such as membership enrollment and management, merchandise sales, fulfillment of magazine subscriptions and delivery, and to conduct programs and events offered by the Rhode Island Beekeepers Association. This information, which may be shared with other beekeeping organizations, allows members the opportunity to attend events and apply for awards and recognition supportive of the educational mission and objectives of the Rhode Island Beekeepers Association. A member may also need to provide the Rhode Island Beekeepers Association with additional personally identifiable information as required to participate in Rhode Island Beekeepers Association programs or receive awards and comply with IRS regulations. Rhode Island Beekeepers Association does not knowingly require a member to disclose more information than is necessary to participate in Rhode Island Beekeepers Association activities. Rhode Island Beekeepers Association does not share, sell, or disclose member information to unaffiliated third parties. Rhode Island Beekeepers Association does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without a parent’s and/or legal guardian’s consent.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Rhode Island Beekeepers Association product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rhode Island Beekeepers Association reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Rhode Island Beekeepers Association reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, the Rhode Island Beekeepers Association shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the shopping process.
